The fees listed are based upon certain conditions. Fees may vary depending upon the complexity and severity of the matter.

A free, no obligation initial consultation is provided, at which time the case, the fee, possible expenses and the retainer agreement discussed. All fees are one time payments unless a contingency or hourly fee is stated.

Payment Plans are available, a down payment is required. All major credit cards accepted (4.5% processing fee added to all credit card transactions).

DUI/DWI:

First Time Offense,
Non-jury trial; $1,000.00, Includes court proceedings, administrative hearing.

Jury Trial; The fee for a jury trial will be determined after the initial consultation and based upon the complexity of the case.

Previous Offenses;
The fee will be determined after the initial consultation and based upon the complexity of the case. Approximately $1,500.00.

Traffic Citations:

Non-jailable;
$500, No points on driving record, excludes administrative hearing.

Jailable;
$750, No points on driving record, first jailable offense, excludes administrative hearing.

MVA Hearing;
$500, No points on driving record.

Previous Offenses,
Jury, Appeals; The fee will be determined after the initial consultation and based upon the complexity of the case.

Drug Offenses:

First Time Offense;
Non-jury trial; $850.00.

Jury Trial;

Previous Offenses;

Other Criminal Cases:

Small Business:

Formation;
$250 (Articles of Organization, Stock Purchase Agreement)

Collection;
One-Third of amounts collected, excluding expenses.

Domestic Cases:

Hourly fee of $150.00;
