In October, Maryland increased the administrative penalties for certain classes of DUI arrests.

Driver, of legal drinking, with a breath alcohol content of .15 or higher:

1st Offense: 90 Days
Subsequent Offense: 180 Days

Driver, under the legal drinking age, with a breath alcohol content of .02 or more:

1st Offense: 1 Year
Subsequent Offense: 2 Years
